Information on this website

The content on this website is general information about our services. It is not a quote, a promise of results, or professional advice for your business. Prices are not listed. Your exact price and scope are agreed with you directly.

Free growth calls

• The growth call is free, with no obligation to buy anything.
• We may ask a few short questions before you book, to make sure the call is a good use of your time. If a call isn't the right fit yet, we may offer to call you back instead.
• Please give at least a few hours' notice if you need to cancel or move your call. You can reply to your confirmation email or call us.
• We may reschedule or cancel a call if something comes up, and we'll let you know as soon as we can.

Our chat assistant

The chat is answered first by an AI assistant, and a member of our team may join the conversation. The assistant can make mistakes. Anything it says about our services, pricing or results isn't binding until it's confirmed in a written agreement with us. Please don't share sensitive information, such as payment or health details, in the chat.

Working with us

If you become a client, the services, price and terms will be set out in a separate written agreement. That agreement takes priority over these terms.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the website. That includes trying to break or overload it, getting around its security, sending spam or abusive messages through the chat or forms, or using automated tools to copy its content.

Our content

The text, images, logos and design of this website belong to VeloScaling or are used with permission. You may view and share links to our pages, but please don't copy or reuse our content without asking us first.

Other websites

The website may link to other sites, such as Google Meet. We're not responsible for those sites or their content.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". We can't promise it will always be available, free of errors, or completely up to date.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, VeloScaling is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any lost profits or data, that comes from using the website or relying on its content.
